Cases where Membership Registration is not Approved

If a member causes damage to a third party while using this site, the member shall be responsible for resolving the issue at their own expense and shall not cause any inconvenience or damage to our company.

Our company shall not be held liable for any and all damages incurred by members as a result of using this site, and we shall have no obligation to provide any compensation for damages. If a member violates this provision and causes damage to our company, we may seek compensation for the incurred damages from the member.

Regarding Changes to Member Registration Information

If a member has any changes in their address, telephone number, or other notified details to our company, please proceed with the necessary procedures to update the registration information through the designated method on this site.

Even if a member suffers any disadvantage due to the lack of such notification mentioned in the preceding clause, our company cannot assume any responsibility for it.

Prohibition on Transfer

Members are prohibited from transferring or allowing third parties to use the rights held as members of this site, including but not limited to sale, change of ownership, establishment of security interests, or any other act that would encumber such rights.

Our company reserves the right to revoke a member’s qualification.

If a member falls under any of the following items, our company may, without prior notice or warning, expel and revoke the membership of said member:

  2. Tampering with the entered information.
  3. Illegitimately using a member number or password.
  4. Disrupting the operation of this site.
  5. Seriously defaming the reputation of our company.
  6. Being subject to guardianship proceedings without the consent of a guardian or similar authority.

  8. Failing to update registration information despite changes and becoming uncontactable.
  9. Violating any provisions of these terms and conditions.
  10. Other cases where our company deems the member unsuitable.

If our company suffers damages as a result of a member falling under any of the provisions mentioned above, regardless of whether the member is expelled from the site or not, our company reserves the right to claim compensation for the incurred damages.

Regarding withdrawal/cancellation

If you wish to withdraw from membership, please fill out and send a request stating your intention to unsubscribe to the contact email provided on the website. Your withdrawal will be considered effective upon the receipt and acceptance of your request.

Service Modification, Interruption, and Suspension

Our company reserves the right to modify, interrupt, or suspend any or all services on the website without prior notice to the members. We shall not be held responsible for any disadvantages or damages incurred by members or third parties as a result of service modifications, interruptions, or suspensions on the website.

Regarding responses and communication regarding order placement and shipment of products:

When an order is placed on our website, we will send an order confirmation email to inform you that your order has been received. Additionally, we will provide shipping confirmation and notify you of the shipment of the product(s) through a shipping confirmation email.

Regarding the establishment of the contract

The sales contract is deemed to be established at the time when the order confirmation email is sent from our company. However, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if any fraudulent or inappropriate activities are identified in relation to the use of our services, we reserve the right to cancel, revoke, or take other appropriate measures regarding the sales contract.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

All contracts related to the member’s use of the services are governed by the laws of Japan and are subject to our terms and conditions, as well as the terms and conditions of each service provider. In the event of a dispute or litigation between the member and our company, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, agreed upon by the member and our company.

Management of Member ID and Password

Members are fully responsible for the use and management of the member ID and password assigned by our company. Members are prohibited from transferring, lending, or allowing third parties to use the member ID and password provided by our company. Our company shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by the member due to the unauthorized use of their member ID and password by third parties, regardless of the member’s intent or negligence. If a member forgets their member ID or password, they must promptly notify our company and follow our instructions. The use of the website with the member’s ID and password will be deemed as the member’s own actions.

Temporary Suspension of Member’s Qualification by Our Company

In cases where our company deems it necessary, the member’s qualification may be temporarily suspended without obtaining their consent, and the member agrees to this in advance. Even if the member is unable to use the website due to the aforementioned measures, resulting in damages, our company shall not be held responsible.

Maintenance of Communication Equipment is the Member’s Responsibility

Members are responsible for preparing, at their own expense and responsibility, all necessary communication devices, communication lines, software, and any other equipment required to use the website. Furthermore, members are required to maintain their own terminal in proper working order so as not to interfere with the services provided on the website. Our company shall not be held responsible for any inability to access the member services caused by communication line abnormalities or abnormalities in the computer or other devices used by the member.

Delivery of Products

Delivery will primarily be handled by Yamato Transport.

We will only arrange for returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases where the delivered products are defective or faulty.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences or convenience. Additionally, please notify us of any quality issues within 8 days after delivery.

The above terms and conditions will be effective starting from April 1, 2023.
