Refund and Return Policy
Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges
We will accept returns and exchanges for defective items (such as damage or leakage). Please contact us within 8 days after the arrival of the product using the inquiry form or by replying to the email sent after purchase.
Within 2-3 business days, we will provide you with instructions on the procedure. If you do not receive any communication from us, we may decline the replacement request.
If the exchanged item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
Please note that returns and exchanges due to customer preference are not allowed.
Other items not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used items
- Items that have been more than 8 days since arrival
- Items that have been damaged or stained under customer’s possession
- Customized items, such as personalized or engraved products
- Other items explicitly stated on the product page as not eligible for return
